Shipping Info & Returns
We are pleased to be able to offer our products for delivery straight to your door anywhere in Australia! We send all our packages via overnight express postage, packed with ice gel cells and in styrofoam boxes, to ensure freshness and cold temperatures in transit.
In trying to reduce our environmental footprint as much as we can (which is sometimes really hard with a refrigerated product) we have a minimum order for postage parcels of $45. This means that we can get more products into fewer styrofoam boxes (which are very wasteful and harmful to the environment) and reduces the carbon footprint of each individual jar by sending multiple jars in one package. We understand that this may be a large order for you — may we suggest getting together with friends to make a group order OR stocking up and keeping some cheese/butter in the freezer for later (if they last that long ;) ).
Most of our products freeze beautifully so will not be damaged by being stored this way. Just make sure you defrost overnight in the fridge before eating! :) NOTE: The Aged and Smokey and the Semi Soft Aged Cheese CANNOT be frozen.
Our mail orders have a pre-order time frame of two weeks and, once ready and made for you, are sent on the next available Tuesday to ensure arrival before the weekend comes around. Please be patient with us. All of our products are carefully handmade and most are custom made specially for your order.
If you need your products urgently or have any other reason why overnight express is not suitable for you, please contact us in order to arrange delivery via a personal courier at the relevant cost. Alternatively orders can be picked up directly from us on the Mornington Peninsula or from any of the farmers market locations that we stock at (listed on our 'Markets' page). If you would like to collect your order personally please let us know of this as soon as you place your order.
Please be aware that some postcodes within Australia do not fall into the ‘Guaranteed Next Day Delivery’ time frame and will take longer than one day to arrive. These areas include parts of Northern NSW, Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and country / remote parts of each state. Rest assured that we will send your parcel at the earliest possible time that also ensures its arrival in the best possible condition.
As all our products are food items all sales are final and returns and / or refunds are not possible.
If you receive an item that is broken or faulty, however, please send us a photo and we will be happy to replace it for you or provide you with a refund of the purchase price of that item. Please contact us so that we can discuss a suitable solution with you.
