Shipping Info & Returns
We currently send all our mail orders via Express Post. Products are packed into Styrofoam boxes with sufficient ice gel cells and padding to keep your cheeses and / or butters cold and protected in transit.
Our mail orders are sent on Wednesdays to ensure arrival before the weekend. As such the cut off for orders to be sent to you the same week of ordering is 3pm on Tuesdays. If you place your order after this time it will be sent out the following week.
Please be aware that some postcodes within Australia do not fall into the ‘Guaranteed Next Day Delivery’ time frame and will take longer than one day to arrive. These areas include Northern NSW, Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and country / remote parts of each state. Rest assured that we will send your parcel at the earliest possible time that also ensures its arrival in the best possible condition.
If you need your products urgently or have any other reason why overnight express is not suitable for you, please contact us in order to arrange delivery via a personal courier at the relevant cost. Alternatively orders can be picked up directly from us on the Mornington Peninsula or from any of the farmers market locations that we stock at (listed on our 'Stockists' page). If you would like to collect your order personally please let us know of this with at least one days notice.
As all our products are food items all sales are final and returns and / or refunds are not possible.
If you receive an item that is broken or faulty, however, please send us a photo and we will be happy to replace it for you or provide you with a refund of the purchase price of that item. Please contact us so that we can discuss a suitable solution with you.
