The world of Vegan Cheese is pretty new and unchartered territory, which means we get to do a lot of fun and creative experimenting! But, of course, that usually means that no two items ever turn out the same which makes adding these new and exciting products to our ‘standard’ product range a bit tricky.
So……. enter The Nut Lab. A place where we can have some fun developing new skills and new products, and offer these to you as, if and when they are available.
All the products that get added here will be in short supply and may not ever happen again, so this humble little page is your opportunity to get on to something new and unique, to share it with your friends and family, and to let us know what you think so that we can work on what to make part of our ‘regular line up’ in the future.

As these cheeses are quite fragile and very sensitive to temperature changes they are currently only available for local pickup either directly from our facility or from one of the farmers markets we stock at. Please write in the 'notes' section of your purchase where you would like to collect your cheese from. If you are located interstate please write this in the notes section of your purchase so that we can contact you directly regarding postage.
With a soft and creamy interior, this vegan cheese is aged in the style of a Brie or Camembert and has a well developed white mould rind just like the traditional dairy version.
